Photoshoots, Remote Shoots, Workshops and Events

 

 

 

A booking indicates that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

 

I (Natasha J Bella) will only confirm bookings for photoshoots, remote shoots, workshops and events once payment in full has been received via the online booking system or bank transfer.

 

When shooting remotely it is agreed that no audio, video or screen recording is permitted by any party.  I do not consent to any audio, video or screen recording during remote shoot sessions.  Nor do I consent to any publication or sharing of any audio or video produced from shooting remotely.

If I cancel the photoshoot, remote shoot, workshop or event for any reason, I will inform you by email in order to reschedule or offer a full refund.

 

If you cancel within fourteen days you will incur the full cost of the photoshoot, remote shoot, workshop or event.  If you wish to cancel or reschedule and you give sufficient notice, allowing the place or date to be successfully filled, then you will be offered a refund.  In the case of shooting remotely, if the shoot is unsuccessful due to technical issues you will be offered a full refund.
